There is a unique and charming shopping district located in the center of the village in Bar Harbor, Maine. In addition, there as many quaint shops located along Route 3. The diversity of shops includes galleries and boutiques – all of which offer unusual, unique and a select range of items. You will find many of the shops in the center of the village on West, Cottage, Mount Desert and Main Streets. However, be sure to check out the shops, which can be found on the many tiny side streets. During the summer, the majority of the shops and galleries are open late to accommodate the many summer visitors.
