Overview: For kids of all ages, the Jr Ranger program highlights the park features through activities, games, ranger led talks and an activity book.

When: The Jr Ranger program lasts all year long.

Where: In any national park in the park system. See a ranger station at the park visitor centers for details.

Cost: A $1.00 donation covers the cost of the activity book and patch or badge.

Details:  Participants earn a Junior Ranger patch or badge by completing the activities and attending ranger-led programs. Adults, feel free to participate along with your Jr. Ranger! There are special activities for visitors under 5 years old as well.
