A trip back in time can be enlightening, and Boothbay Railway Village offers just that – an enlightening trip into the historic past. You’ll see a wide array of antique vehicles spanning several decades. You can ride through the historic village on a steam train for a treat.

There are a number of events happening in Boothbay Railway Village depending on the time of year you visit. In October there is a great Halloween event for the younger kids, Thanksgiving train rides in November, and of course Christmas train rides where the kids can meet Santa Claus.

Hours and Admission

During the summer, the museum is open 7 days a week from 10am to 5pm (train rides on the hour). It is open weekends only for the remainder of the year.

Price of daily admission is $12 for adults and $6 for children (3 to 16 years).
